Deliveries

Postage is free to mainland U.K. addresses. Deliveries destined to International, Ireland, off-shore and some Highland addresses will possibly be subject to postage charges, in these instances we will contact you via e-mail or telephone informing you of the relevant charge.

Orders for items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item or items are not in stock at the time you place your order, we will e-mail you with an approximate date of availability and if this is acceptable, despatch goods as soon as they return to stock. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

We aim to deliver goods to you within 1-3 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We will notify you of any delays in despatch or delivery of orders.
We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.

Smaller items will be despatched first class post and larger items will be despatched via courier service. Please note that orders despatched via courier service will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot offer any specific delivery times or dates as we are at the mercy of a third party courier/Postal service. We can not be held responsible for any consequential losses caused by delayed deliveries.

Our website gives customers the option of choosing a Priority Despatch service which means that any orders containing items which are in stock will be despatched ahead of any Standard Delivery orders containing the same item or items. The price of the Priority Despatch service is £1.50 per item. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRIORITY DESPATCH SERVICE IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH A SAME DAY DESPATCH/NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.

Please note that we do not despatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.

Upon delivery of goods please check carefully for signs of possible damage before you either attempt to use the goods or sign to say that you have received them in good condition. The process of you checking for damage before you sign for goods or attempt to use goods is very significant with regards to your personal safety and whether or not the carriers can be held liable for any damages to an item or items.

Please note that it is extremely difficult for us to claim that your goods were damaged in transit if you have previously signed to declare that you received your order in good condition.
If you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability please REFUSE delivery. Do not sign for the items, then contact us immediately on 01744 822123 stating a clear reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible.

Please note that bikes are delivered boxed and will require minor assembly and set up prior to riding. Please note that we advise assembly and set up to be carried out by either a trained cycle technician or somebody with the relevant experience.
